Now Hiring — Los Angeles

Window & Solar Panel Cleaning Technician

Join a growing, independently-owned home service business built around recurring customer relationships — not one-off jobs. The better you get at your route, the more you earn every single month.

Compensation

$20.00/hour base pay, plus a recurring commission on every membership plan you sell. Unlike a one-time sales bonus, this commission pays out every month that customer stays subscribed — your income compounds as your book of recurring customers grows.

Commission tiers by your total monthly recurring volume sold:

4%

On your first $2,000/mo in recurring volume sold

7%

On the next $2,000–$5,000/mo

10%

On everything above $5,000/mo

What You Need

This is a hands-on, expert-caliber field role. 1+ years of professional window cleaning, exterior maintenance, or a related trade is preferred — but we'll train the right person who has the fundamentals below.

Ladder, roof & fall-safety competence

Confident and safe working from extension ladders and single-story roof access. OSHA fall-protection awareness required; we provide harness/PPE training if you don't already have it.

Water-fed pole system experience (or fast learner)

We clean upper-story windows with a pure-water-fed pole system instead of ladders wherever possible — prior hands-on experience with a WFP rig is a strong plus.

Solar array safety awareness

Solar panels carry live-electrical risk that ordinary window cleaning doesn't. ISCA Solar Panel Cleaning Technician (SPCT) certification is preferred; if you don't have it, we'll get you certified — it's a 1-day course.

Physical stamina

Comfortable lifting/carrying 40+ lbs of equipment, working outdoors in LA heat for a full shift, and repetitive reaching/scrubbing motion.

Valid CA driver's license & clean-ish driving record

You'll be driving a company-equipped van between job sites across our LA service area every day.

Comfortable talking to homeowners

Part of your pay is commission on memberships you sell — you'll be explaining recurring plans to customers on their doorstep, not just cleaning in silence. Prior sales, hospitality, or customer-facing trade experience helps.

Willing to door-knock between jobs

When there's a gap in the schedule — no job booked for the day, or downtime near a job site — you'll canvass the surrounding neighborhood door-to-door to sell membership plans. This is a built-in, paid part of the role, not optional extra hustle, and it's how your commission book grows fastest.

Reliable with a smartphone

We run scheduling, routes, and before/after photo documentation through a field-service app.

Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Not required, but a strong plus across our LA-area customer base.
